A guide to my DJ rates

Midweek bookings (Mon to Thurs)
I am a proffesional full time DJ, midweek bookings and events are always welcome

In order to provide a fixed price quotation I require the following information please.....

Type of event
Location of venue
Access (please see below)

Start & finish time

Set up deadline (where applicable)

Number attending the event (this provides an indication as to size of set up required)

Please send me your details, I will provide a fixed quotation by return

I will travel to anywhere in the UK and Europe

Travel - any travel cost will be included in my estimates

Lighting & sound system is included in Estimate,

Fog machines, only used with approval of venue management AND/OR event organiser (because of Smoke alarms etc.)

My Video DJ rates start at £250 for a midweek short notice booking or £350 weekend short notice booking.

Start & Finish Times

Evening booking - Setting up from 4pm, DJ'ing from 6 till Midnight (or later)

I require a minimum of two hours for setting up + 1 hour removing equipment etc.

All day booking - Setting up from 11am, DJ'ing background music in the afternoon, then main party from 6 till Midnight (or later)

I will provide a microphone for speeches, show photo slides or personal video clips.

Extras

I can provide multiple screens in the same room providing 180 degrees vision (needed for venues with side seating)

Additional screens speakers (and lighting) in a separate room - This will be dependant upon proximity and location of cable runs etc.

If the venue has an 'in house' screen and projector, it may be possible to connect to these.

But the quality of the projector (measured in lumens) needs to be adequate and the screen location suitable for the party or event (not a drop down screen in the middle of the dance floor!).

Please note any prices quoted apply to venues with level access.

PLEASE ADVISE US IF ACCES IS VIA STAIRS or A LIFT

Venues with steps or stair access will incur an additional £100 charge if we are not notified in advance and may delay the start time due to increased setting up period.

Suitable parking adjacent to the point of loading and unloading IS REQUIRED.

Any parking charges including congestion charge incurred as a result of the DJ booking will be added to my invoice

(This mainly applies to City Centre bookings)

DJ'ing Outdoor Events

The venue MUST be dry and weatherproof - My video DJ equipment is very expensive so I cannot DJ a garden party or any out door event under a flimsy Gazebo or leaking marquee/tent.

Please Note I will not be able to DJ your party if the DJ area is not 100% weatherproof with a SUITABLE electrical supply (2.5, joint free, blue arctic cable - or equal).
